Production Facility
Cold Rolling Facility
We manufacture cold formed and cold rolled steel sheet piles as well as trench sheets. We design and manufacture tailor made sheet piling solutions which allows us to drastically reduce weight, CO2 emissions and therefore costs.
Pipes and Steel Structures
PalPile supplies tubular steel piles on the global market. The pipes are mainly used as steel piles for deep foundations, in key walls and jetties. For combi-piles, mooring piles or construction work in the civil or maritime foundation industry, PalPile is the preferred supplier. We provide pipes suited for various applications and specialize in the production of heavy-wall, large-diameter pipes and pipe structures. We offer additional in-house services, including corrosion protection and various welded parts, with welding capabilities that meet NEN1090 – EXC 4 standards.
Anchoring Systems
PalPile designs and manufactures anchoring systems featuring both hollow and solid bars. Custom options are available for connecting the anchor to the construction in the form of nuts, plates, anchor seats, etc. The systems are manufactured from seamless pipes and solid round bars in steel quality E500/700 and a minimum impact value of 27 J at -20 °C. We offer a wide range of diameters and wall thicknesses, with segment lengths to order to meet specific project requirements. Additionally, we supply suitable coupling sleeves and nuts for each type of anchor.
