Hollow Threaded Anchor Bar

The hollow threaded anchor bar is manufactured from a hollow seamless tube with a cold-rolled thread running along its entire length. Using a suitable drill bit, the anchor can be drilled into any possible base. The continuous thread allows for the use of coupling sleeves, enabling the constant connection of pipe segments until the desired depth is realized.

During installation, the hollow anchor acts as both a drilling and injection tube. In the final phase, it serves as a tensile, compression, and reinforcement component. A bond forms between the grout, the surrounding soil layers, and the hollow tube, resulting in a foundation element capable of bearing tensile, compressive, and cyclic loads. The anchor can be customized for connection to the structure using options such as nuts, plates, and anchor seats.

The system is manufactured using seamless pipes made of steel grade E500/700, with a minimum impact value of 27J at -20°C. We offer a broad selection of diameters and wall thicknesses, with segment lengths tailored to meet the specific needs of each project. Additionally, we provide the appropriate coupling sleeves and nuts for every type of anchor.

ANCHORING WITH A 72/100 SUSTAINABILITY SCORE

Through a Life Cycle Assessment calculation, our HTAB Anchor Systems have achieved an MKI score that has a a 72/100 sustainability score in the Dutch Environmental Database. These calculations were performed by an independent and certified party after which a second verification also took place.

With this MKI score based on the LCA calculation, our customers can be confident that they are getting a product that not only meets current quality standards, but also contributes to sustainable production and application of materials.
