Hot rolled sheet piles are produced according to customer specifications and supplied in accordance with EN 10248-1 and EN 10248-2 standards, in steel grades S240GP, S270GP, S355GP, S430GP, S460GP, and S500GP. Quality certificates according to EN 10204/3.1 or 3.2 are available upon request.
Hot rolled sheet piles are suitable for various constructions in thicknesses from 4 mm (light) up to 24 mm (heavy) and lengths up to 24 meters or longer on request. We offer U-shaped and Z-shaped hot rolled sheet piles, designed and produced to match the required project needs.

Besides cold formed sheet piles, PalPile supplies hot rolled sheet piles from stock or straight from production. These sheet piles are designed and produced according to the customer’s specific demands. The dimensions, weight and technical specifications of these sheet piles can match the exact specifications from the project plans.
We have U-shaped and Z-shaped hot rolled sheet piles available in our delivery program. They are suitable in various constructions, and we have them available in thicknesses from 4 mm (light) up to 15 mm (heavy) in lengths up to 24 meters or longer upon request.
To achieve the optimum solution we are able to modify any of our standard sheet piles into a sheet pile which is specially designed to the particular needs of the project.
